Roxana Aleksic, MBA, PMP

Vice President, Accreditation Operations

Ms. Aleksic leads accreditation and recognition support functions and oversees strategic planning and operational effectiveness in the Department of Accreditation, Recognition, and Field Activities. She joined the organization in 2021 as Senior Director, Accreditation and Recognition before advancing into her current role.

Prior to joining the ACGME, Ms. Aleksic held several leadership roles at Cancer Treatment Centers of America, including as Assistant Vice President of Operations in the Office of the Chief Medical Officer; Director of Operations; and project manager. She also spent more than nine years at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital managing residency programs in psychiatry and obstetrics and gynecology. Her work has consistently focused on operational excellence, program and team development, organizational change management, and implementing and enhancing technology systems.

Ms. Aleksic earned both her MBA with a concentration in leadership and change management, and her BS in business administration from DePaul University. She is also a certified Project Management Professional.
