The ACGME is pleased to invite the graduate medical education (GME) community to the 2025 ACGME Annual Educational Conference, being held at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee, February 20-22, 2025. The Annual Educational Conference brings together the largest GME community in the world and features a wide selection of curated experiences and content that apply to both seasoned and first-time attendees. In addition to educational content, #ACGME2025 gives participants the opportunity to network with thousands of GME professionals and changemakers who are shaping the future of academic medicine.
The conference theme, Meaning in Medicine, encapsulates the importance of aligning personal and professional values, promoting well-being, and fostering collaboration within the health care community. By collectively striving to improve resident and fellow education and enhance patient care, and by empowering all participants to discover their own sense of purpose in medicine, GME professionals can cultivate stability and innovation amidst the challenges of the profession.
Over three days, conference attendees will dive into educational sessions with stimulating content covering topics such as ACGME accreditation and initiatives; diversity, equity, and inclusion; faculty and professional development; well-being; crisis management; assessment; and many other impactful initiatives and topics that appeal and apply to all roles in GME. The ACGME will provide a forum for encouraging discussion of all topics and challenges faced by members of the GME community.
As learners, leaders, teachers, and visionaries come together, the ACGME strives to make #ACGME2025 an environment that welcomes anyone who is passionate about GME and collaboration. Join colleagues at the ACGME’s signature learning event to experience three days of innovation, collaboration, and forward thinking. The ACGME looks forward to continuing conversations, building connections, and sparking new ideas in Nashville!
